The Unengaged Cookie Project
Isabelle chose another people group for her praying project--the Sudanese Arabs. Our friend, Ben, who is on his way to the Sudan, was staying with us last week and that may have had something to do with her choice. Anyway the Sudanese Arabs are a group of 600,000. They make their homes out of mud bricks so Isabelle decided to bake brownies. Then we cut each brownie into three bricks and used chocolate frosting to construct our houses. Some friends stopped by just as we were plating them up. Isabelle invited them to pray with us. You can pray, too! Pray that the Lord would send workers to spread the Gospel to the Sudanese Arabs. Pray that God would reveal his son to them through dreams and visions. Pray for Ben as he readies himself for the field. And pray for a little girl who has a heart for the lost.
